We only accept returns for incorrect, damaged or defective items purchased from us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, please drop us an email at theleaferiesg@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order Number and name of incorrect or defective item(s) purchased
2. Picture of the incorrect or defective items
3. Reason for returning the items

Returns are only accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days with further information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Strictly exchanges only, no refunds at this time. We reserve the right to deny returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

We currently do not offer self collect option. However we provide Free Delivery for purchases above SGD$60. 

Sure! Email us at theleaferiesg@gmail.com immediately . We can only change your order if there is stock available or items have not been sent out.

We accept Visa/Master credit cards, Amex, Gpay, Apple pay, PayNow and Paypal.

OCBC Pay Anyone and DBS Paylah payment can also be done through our website by selecting Paynow option and scanning the Paynow QR code.

Purchases below $60 ~$5 Flat fee

2-3 pots~SGD $20

** The shipping time is estimated and can sometimes take longer than the expected arrival date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes. Shipping fees for international shipments are calculated at the check out page. Taxes will be charged on your end if applicable. 

For Local Delivery

Instock items will be shipped out within 2 working days. It may take 2-4 days to arrive.

Shipping to Malaysia

Delivery timing estimated about 1-3 weeks.

We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only. We are looking to ship Internationally in the near future. We will update on our website once this option is available.

Yes! We ship to Malaysia, our most popular overseas market. We have an ongoing promotion where courier to Malaysia start from only SGD$10 (Rm$35) for 1 pot. For 2 to 3 pots, courier will be chraged at SGD$20 (Rm$70).

Payment accepted at checkout are credit/debit card/paypal/shopay and paynow. If you do not have any of those payment methods, email us at theleaferiesg@gmail.com and we will provide a Malaysian bank account number for transfer or alternatively payment can be made via DuitNow(Malaysia).
